Requirements

1. Small puppies need to have their third Distemper/Parvo shot
2. Must be spayed or neutered
3. Bring proof of vacinations with current Bordetella, Rabies, and Distemper(DHLP), or have your veterinarian fax them to us at (919) 788-2106
4. Pass a one-time introductory temperment test. (Minimum 4hrs) **Must be scheduled prior to boarding for newcomers
5. A signed Registration Form and Release Form. To make your first visit easier and quicker, please have your registration form filled out prior to registration.
6. Please bring your own food (requirement if boarding)

For the safety of all our boarders and daycare members, it is important that your dog be non-aggressive and friendly to both dogs and humans, therefore, some dogs may not qualify to become members of the Dog Diggity Daycare family.

All our staff are Red Cross certified in dog CPR and first aid. We have a standing agreement with a local veterinarian in case an emergency arises.
